“I bought a brand new 39" insignia roku tv and I am having trouble with the remote. I can't even turn the TV on or anything. Changed batteries twice & made sure no obstruction from remote to tv. What can I do. Thank you”

I guess 1st I would want to know if it's the tv or the remote. If you can manually turn on tv with the buttons on tv, then you know it's just the remote to take back and exchange. If tv won't come on manually, then you know whole thing needs to be exchanged.
