Not really. Roku has a Plex app that works great, but there are technical hurdles to running Kodi on Roku. Therefore, the only way to do it is to run Kodi on an Android device and then use Roku's screen mirroring. Not ideal, but it should work.

no you cant, but you can if u hook up your computer to it with an hdmi cable as the tv does not have a vga input
