Got the TV so I can answer this question myself, yes the TV can do PlayStation VUE and the current Roku version is 7.3. Version 7.5 will be out soon for this TV and will include ability to pause live TV if you add a USB storage. I read that 16gb USB stick will allow you to pause live TV for up to 90 minutes. Also headphone listening through the Roku app will be in this version. The update started rolling out on November 1st for Roku TVs and so we should see this soon on our TV!

Log-in to your Roku online account or your App on your smart phone, and you can add the channel to your tv that way. You can also do it from the TV if you don't have the other 2 options, I do I from my phone because then it does it for all roku devices. (TVs and stand alones)
