• Yes it has a tuner if you attach HD antenna you'll be able to watch all broadcast HD channels I get about 23 in eastern Long island.

• Yes, you can use an indoor or outdoor TV antenna. I would suggest an indoor HD Tv antenna such as the leaf. The truth is that you can get an uncompressed HD signal for local channels that is actualy clearer than compressed signals pushed over co-axial cable from your cable company. HD however would obviously be 1080P over the air. 4K is not delivered over the air. I think the TV would upscale the picture though.
