• Yes, the TV software has been automatically updated a couple of times since I bought it. You can also initiate a manual update if you miss one for some reason.

• Yes the roku devices are supporterd by ROku for push updates (over the air)

• I am current on the Roku version. All updates have been applied with no problems. I also have the 32" version of this TV and it is also accepting all the new Roku updates.

• Yes gets regular updates through it's internet connection just like the other two Roku sticks I have in my house.
