“Is anyone else having problems with the USB drive and the RokuTV's Media app? No matter what I format the memory stick (NTFS, Fat16/32, HFS+) or what type of memory stick I use (from 2gb to 128gb).”

You may want to try exFat. It may work. I would assume thought that it would work with NFS or FAT. If it is not, there may be an issue with the USB port. Have you contacted roku support? You may want to try their forums
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had no issues thus far. I used a cheap Wal-Mart usb drive stick and it works great, i have a few movies on the stick and they play well. I also have attached my 1 terabyte external hard drive to it and it works as well, i did have to format it but other than that it works great. Might be defective call best buy and see if you are able to exchange or they can fix it. Best of luck.
