But aside from the itunes tv and movie shows you could find all of the same apps natively supported on the roku platform. However it depends what generation apple tv you use, as the generation of the apple tv you have will determine what quality picture you see. The oldest apple tv was in 720P. The third generation had 1080P. And if you want to use 4k on your apple tv, well unfortunately there is no 4k apple tv. The newest apple tv is still in 1080P.
