In this case, Roku supports Android screen mirroring, although since I do not have any Android devices I can't confirm how well it works. AirPlay does not appear to be supported natively. However, there are some channels (e.g. Belkin Media Play) that support some AirPlay functionality in certain iOS apps. YMMV.
