I also had a problem with it, but realized that you had to use the Stop/Cancel button as the "enter" button. You have to be quick at it because it resets back to 0:00 in just a few seconds. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Plug it in for a few hours, letting it power up, and then go back and set clock normal way by directions... just bought mine, did same thing and I was about to launch it!....Wife said settle down and try later... it worked.
