• The actual depth of the body of the microwave is a total of 12.5 inches. The handle extends the depth another 1.5 inches. So all in all, the microwave is 14 inches deep. However, the front feet of the microwave are 3 inches deep from the front and rear of the body of the microwave. I hope this helps with your decision.

• Yes, the 14 inches depth includes the handle. It has a small hard plastic piece that sticks out the back so you can't push it completely up the back of the microwave to accommodate the cord.

• The back of the microwave juts out a bit. It measures 12.5 inches from the back to the front. With the handle it is 14 inches in total.
