Best Buy will not fix it if it is still under manufacture warranty. You must contact Insignia. Insignia does not answer calls. You might be in luck if you purchased a third party extended warranty and you can wait until you have had the microwave for 12 month. Then the extended warranty is supposed to kick in. Best wishes.
