“First use and two minutes into heating some frozen ham and it cracked a salad plate marked microwave safe (and one I had used for a long time with my old 700 watt microwave -- including the exact same dish the previous two days). Anyone else face this?”

• No. I owned mine for about a month and heated refrigerated foods on glass fiesta plates with no issue. I had a plate crack using a different microwave several years ago though. I forget what I was heating at the time.
