“Dear Best Buy - We just bought this microwave (NS-MW09558). On p 13 of the user guide, it says 1. "Press Power once. The display shows "PL10" (the default is 100%". When we push Power, nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? Thank you, Jeff”

• push power once then push the % of power you need like 50 and then push start.

• First set the cooking time, then set the power level.
