“Mine did not come with a turntable ring and shaft, instead there's a ring with 3 spokes fixed in place. It doesn't seem like the glass tray is nesting properly on the turntable ring assembly, it lurches slowly instead of turning smoothly. Missing a part?”

Same with mine. The 2-spoke shaft is flimsy plastic and causes the glass tray to wobble and rattle, and it makes it impossible to clean around. Horrid.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem, and exchanged it because of the "defect". The only discrepancy is the instruction manual mentions a turntable ring which doesn't exist. The unit is getting a poor review from me as a result.
