“Mine did not come with a turntable ring and shaft, instead there's a ring with 3 spokes fixed in place. It doesn't seem like the glass tray is nesting properly on the turntable ring assembly, it lurches slowly instead of turning smoothly. Missing a part?”

Same with mine. The 2-spoke shaft is flimsy plastic and causes the glass tray to wobble and rattle, and it makes it impossible to clean around. Horrid.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem, and exchanged it because of the "defect". The only discrepancy is the instruction manual mentions a turntable ring which doesn't exist. The unit is getting a poor review from me as a result.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just got mine and noticed this. Seams like it should have a piece in center to actually drive the plate. Might have to make an insert. That middle piece can be pulled straight up and taken out if you really want to clean underneath. I wouldn’t want to do that too often or it might break.
