“Why was this included when I searched for flatbed microwaves only? To me that means I DO NOT want microwaves included in results if they have a turntable.”

This microwave has a HOT high-power microwave tube and without a turntable the unit would overcook some areas and under cook other areas of your food. You would want a low power microwave tube in order to cook evenly without a turn table.
