1 year warranty and that covers any random errors. My first ones computer had a glitch and it wouldn't stop running. Best buy offered refund or replacement being it was in warranty. I do not think its the same as geeksquad protection. I'm not sure what more you get out of geeksquad, but there's a reason you pay a bit more.... at least one would hope right?
