“Driver not included in box. No website listed to find driver. Makes mention of windows update to get driver. Did update and no windows 7 driver on update.what now? Should not sell if they are not going to provide the drivers with the item”

• Try assigning a USB port manually. Windows 7 has the basic USB to RS232 driver. Add the device manually and assign the USB port. It will usually pick up on port 3.

• I only pluged the cable in and worked.
