“Where can I download the drivers from. The instruction book says www.insigniaproducts.com but that takes me directly to BestBuy. My PC is Windows 11 and is not finding the needed drivers. I just purchased this today”

• Download and install the Prolific PL2303 driver from www.prolific.com.tw plig in your device and run windows updates make sure to check online for updates from Microsoft Update
