“Where can I download the drivers from. The instruction book says www.insigniaproducts.com but that takes me directly to BestBuy. My PC is Windows 11 and is not finding the needed drivers. I just purchased this today”

Download and install the Prolific PL2303 driver from www.prolific.com.tw plig in your device and run windows updates make sure to check online for updates from Microsoft Update
