so if its the same issue regarding it clicking at first near the hinge then after a couple of times the clips come off near thence for the cover, I used a butter knife to flare it out just a hair. as for replacements your best bet is to contact bestbuy if you just bought it, if you've had it for a while try contacting insignia.
