Q: QuestionDoes the listed depth (17.6 in) include the microwave handle sticking out? I want to make sure it will fit depth wise under my top cabinet, I don't necessarily need to know the depth including the handle, just the depth of the boxed part.

Q: QuestionModel no. LMV1762ST /01 Product CCode MC1746ADL.CS1ELGA, over the stove microwave. The bottom part of the door handle is loose, like a screw came out. Is there a fix for that?

• A:Answer Could you pls check the status of door handle first, like screw came out fully? If yes, you have to change a new door. If door handle came out without screw, you could take out inerframe (black plastick part between outer frame and door glass), then tighten the screw.

• A:Answer Hi Tim. I may be late answering this..hopefully you haven't removed this microwave out of frustration as i was about to do. Hit cancel to put in standby mode. Then hit clock and time for exactly 3 seconds. And "12 hour" will come up instead of "timer" i had been having trouble getting anything but the timer to show. This is such a pain in the a%s everytime daylight savings time ends or begins. This microwave is difficult. You tube videos are for easy microwaves where the clock and timer are separate. I was about to go shopping for a new one!!!!

• A:Answer so if its the same issue regarding it clicking at first near the hinge then after a couple of times the clips come off near thence for the cover, I used a butter knife to flare it out just a hair. as for replacements your best bet is to contact bestbuy if you just bought it, if you've had it for a while try contacting insignia.
