“The door on microwave will not stay close The light remains on because of this. I need a picture of latch to determine if something is broke or missing. This is installed in a 5th wheel RV”

Good luck no one knows anything except if it’s out of warranty your SOL great customer service…NOT! No replacement latches anywhere that will work for the Solitude Insignia model. So I unbelievable
