Yes, it is relatively easy to connect to a single bathroom sink faucet. I hooked mine up to the bathroom sink, and drained the outlet hose into the toilet. Works great.

IF your bathroom faucet has the same exact size opening and threading as a standard kitchen faucet, then yes. The adapter screws onto a standard kitchen faucet, then the water hose attaches to the adapter. Measure your bathroom faucet opening and see if it exactly matches your kitchen faucet.
