“When I’m washing my clothes and it’s time to rinse no water comes out it stays stuck on rinse and then Error code comes on but then it look like it did wash at least once keeping in mind that this washer is brand new what am I doing wrong?”

You have to make sure your washer setting is on cold water. It will wash with whatever water temperature you want but it rinses only on cold so if your washer is set on hot or warm to wash it will wash but when it rinses it will stop and then the error code will sound.
