“I've had my washer for a month, love it , except for the eco/normal cycle. I don't understand why, this setting only, the rinse cycle does not fill the tub with water, just a bit of water comes out. I hook it up to the sink, cold water. Is it defective ?”

The Eco cycle has a spray rinse design to reduce the water consumption, it's normal that the tub doesn't fill with water, this is not a defect. Try to use the Extra Rinse function.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I wish the Owner's Manual explained that the Econo wash cycle only sprays water as a "rinse" and does NOT fill the tub with water. It drove me crazy thinking the machine was faulty! There was NOTHING in the Manual that explained this!
