When plugged to 115v X 1.1 Amp (from description) draws 126.5 run-watts. The start-spike on cold appliances is commonly around 800 to 1000 watts for a split second, if considering running off battery power; this might be a good option for thrifty energy use. Only a chest freezer uses a chunk less; I run a plain basic chest freezer (100 run-watts) as a fridge, w/ a mechanical pin timer, w/ only 5 pins pulled equal around the clock. 2 of those ran on a GZ Li1400 battery setup, just fine.
