    • Answer No refrigerator should be shipped on its side. When shipped on their side, you take the chance of the compressor oil leaking into the lines. Then the compressor starts up without enough oil.

    • Answer Yes, the doors are reversible. Steps are found on page 10 through 13 of the user manual. You will need the following tools: a Phillips screwdriver, a putty knife or flathead screwdriver, 5/16" socket and ratchet, and masking tape.

    • Answer Yes, this refrigerator has leveling feet on the front. To level, you rotate the feet clockwise to raise your refrigerator and counter-clockwise to lower it. Instructions are found on page 9 of the user manual.
