This is my first tablet, since my laptop became unusable, and I have had no problem figuring out how to use it. I am 70 years old, so if I can do it, anyone should be able to.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would never recommend the insignia tablet. I never had one before either, and the insignia was a gift. It was terrible. It froze up, took forever to "unfreeze," and it is as slow as molasses. I returned mine and purchased a laptop. In my opinion, not worth the money.

There's Windows OS which is Microsoft, Android OS which is Google, the iPad has an iOS which is the Apple Operating System, hence the " i " OS. So it's not necessarily the tablet, it's the Operating System that makes it easy, maybe you're more familiar with its Operating System. I'd say the Android is the easiest, and easiest to find in a tablet, that isn't a VERY expensive iPad tablet. Android was the easiest for me to learn. Good luck!

The android has something similar to the app store. get at least 32 GB internal (androids you have has a Mini SD card-- they come with adapters so you can use in in your camera and then pop it in your 10.1 ( I put a fast speed 128 GB in mine. 16 GB is to small-- remember you have update, apps and system memory that take us memory fast Don't worry about the camera, you phone probably has a better one This tablet is a basic tablet, playing Halo would slow everything down. Get a wi fi only--- sometime those sim cards can drain your pocket book. social media, e-mail- word and excel will cover most of the things you do.
