“Hello I recently purchased a Insignia Flex 10.1 from best buy but when I attempted to use the camera feature the front facing camera is black and white while the back facing camera is in color. How do I fix the filter or is the camera broken?Please advise”

You should be able to go into the camera app and touch the 3 dots to get to settings, then adjust the color mode which is to the right of the screen.
