Hello Nancy. I had the same problem. I googled in regards to this & came across this https://help.netflix.com/en/node/24776. It is for a Samsung tablet; however it works & it is coming from Netflix directly. Just follow the instructions. The only thing is it is not the new app. I have been using it until Netflix updates the app in Play Store.
