How do you watch Netflix on this? I get the message that it is incompatible with the Netflix app. We returned the first one and got a new one thinking the problem was with the tablet, but this one does the same thing. null

Hello Nancy. I had the same problem. I googled in regards to this & came across this https://help.netflix.com/en/node/24776. It is for a Samsung tablet; however it works & it is coming from Netflix directly. Just follow the instructions. The only thing is it is not the new app. I have been using it until Netflix updates the app in Play Store.

I do not watch any movies on it. I just use it to read my email when it finally loads.
