A:AnsweriTunes is Apple software. While Apple has released a version of iTunes that runs on Windows, it has not -- and likely WILL NOT -- ever release a version for Android.
If you want to use Apple software, buy and Apple hardware (iPad, iMac, etc.).
If you prefer to use Google/Android software, which is what is installed in this tablet (hardware), then you will need to use Google Music software. I don't use it for that purpose, so I can't say more.
