How cold does it get null

Variable (nice on a cheaper model). Mine is in a garage which is topping 90 degrees with two vehicles with hot engines - it's happily maintaining -8 on the middle (default) setting.

This is my only complaint is that it does not get super cold. Generally on the lowest setting it sits in the 20-ish degrees F. Ice cream is pretty easily scooped but it does keep food frozen. My guess is that is why it gets an energy star rating. It does not have a digital setting, just a knob to set hold cold you want it.
