“Does this refrigerator defrost itself. Or goes ice build up and then you have to use a hair dryer to defrost it.. Can I see a comparison of this one and the 9.9”

The description says "frost free", meaning you do NOT have to defrost it. The person (Alexandra or something like that) is supposedly a Best Buy or brand maker of this fridge is either wrong or the description is wrong. Very confusing. Best Buy or the maker should get their act together when describing it and/or answering a simple question.
