• I had the same problem I believe you put the stand up side down then it'll click into place then you just rotate it

• It's does initially I was facing the same problem Then I look carefully and saw we need to apply slight pressure on the handle to move across the dots to that handle locks it self and never come out Hope this helps

• They line up just use a little elbow grease. I thought I was going to break it but it snapped into place.

• Had no issues with mine. I did notice from me doing it that you can actually mount the stand upside down. All i did was take it off and reinstalled it in the correct location.
