QuestionHow many images can it hold?

- Answer As many as you can put on the memory card or memory stick, which depends on the size of the image files and the size of the memory device. With my camera I take pictures that are 3648x2736 and create jpegs at around 3MB each. With a 8GB SD card I can have about 2666 pictures displayed on the Digital Photo Frame. If you want more pictures use a bigger SD card.

- Answer That is incorrect. This frame can accept a USB flash drive or various SD cards up to 32 GB and display hundreds of pictures.

QuestionWhat is the screen technology and native resolution?Believe I read it is a LED LCD screen, but wanted to check. Also saw the supported picture resolution is 10,000 x 6,000, but what is the native screen resolution (800 x600, etc.)? I'd like to compare against other digital picture frames Best Buy sells

- Answer The screen is an LED backlit TFT LCD display. The native screen resolution for the 10" is 1024 x 600 and the 8" model is 800 x 600.

QuestionMy frame freezes up after about 10-15 minutes, and must be restarted. It doesn't come even close to displaying all the photos on memory card. Is this normal? I use 4 different memory cards and 1 thumb drive, and it happens with all of them.

- Answer Yes. You store the photos on your computer as Hpeg files. You can add or delete by putting the SD card back in the computer.

QuestionI have this frame using a USB with 1100+ pictures on it. It seems to just show aame pictures over & over. I have tried changing the settings, same results. It is very frustrating. This is the 2nd frame due to the 1st one was replaced,just stopped.

- Answer Haven't tried. These were bought for gifts. However, I have a 7" Insignia frame that kept the pictures in files together, but not in order. If you want them in a particular order you need to put numbers in front of the title of the picture. For example: 00001Susie at beach The only problem I have had is that the computer doesn't use the same numbering scheme as I do. You would need to find someone familiar with how they read numbers to get them exactly like you want.
