QuestionI bought the photo frame, but the USB drive does not appear to work. I bought a a 128GB SD USB drive. I suspect that this is too large for the product, but no warning/specifications are provided on box. I barely put any photos on it. All JPGs.

- Answer is your file system FAT32 ? if its NTFS, it will not work..

QuestionMy pics all have a pink overlay in some areas of the picture, worse in pics that have more light. Trying to resolve with brightness & contrast, but many still show some pink.

- Answer Perhaps its the format of the SD card. Have you tried moving the photos to a separate SD card just for the photo frame?

QuestionDoes the flash drive have to stay plugged in to the frame in order for the slide show to work? Or is there a way I can download them into storage so I dont have to keep the USB plugged in?

- Answer You have to either have your flash drive or a SD card plugged in for the slide show to work. There is no internal storage with the frame.

QuestionIf the photo is displayed sideways can it be rotated with out part of the photo being cropped out? And if so will it be saved so you don't have to rotate picture every time?

- Answer Basic USA voltage - 110 If you plan to take outside USA - for example India you need and adapter Voltage converter from. 110 to 240 - you get that easily in local market in India - now a days lot of people are carrying electronics to India from USA so the adapters are easily available You need to plug the adapter first in socket and the day the digital frame power cord to the adaptor for this to work outside India Hope this helps

Questionif I have some pictures that are portrait, and some that are landscape, how can I set everything up so that all the pictures show up on the screen in the right orientation and don't get distorted?

- Answer Why aren't I getting an answer on here? When I play a slideshow in windows with the same photos on the same USB drive, every picture shows correctly. When I play a slideshow on the digital frame, almost every picture is rotated. So I rotated the pictures to make up for what the frame is doing, but there's NO Change in the display. Can I get some support - this thing has taken way too much of my time - and I'm a technical person who doesn't struggle with things like this.
