Why aren't I getting an answer on here? When I play a slideshow in windows with the same photos on the same USB drive, every picture shows correctly. When I play a slideshow on the digital frame, almost every picture is rotated. So I rotated the pictures to make up for what the frame is doing, but there's NO Change in the display. Can I get some support - this thing has taken way too much of my time - and I'm a technical person who doesn't struggle with things like this.
