What is this cable's max resolution? null

The max resolution would depend on the HDMI side of the cable. Display port resolution is higher than HDMI, but that makes the HDMI the limitation (UHD).

4k and will also handle the new 8k. All HDMI cables have the same resolution - whatever the hype may claim. Thicker copper conductors do allow greater lengths, due to lower resistance, but the usual cables are good for up to 25 feet. Otherwise, Monoprice does offer low resistance cables of thicker conductors. Cables have no effect on resolution, as the physics of electronics relating to wire can prove. Don't let marketing hype and ignorant sales people fool you.
