Is the sound good for a hard of hearing person? null

I'm not sure, probably depends on your level of hearing loss. But it should be fine if you have a hearing aid that already enhances your hearing.

I would NOT purchase this player, if you are hard of hearing. At full volume the sound is too low for me. I have purchased two of these and they are both like that.
