“Does the black air fryer contain a stainless steel interior?”

• Only the manufacturer can answer your question for sure. What the interior of that unit is made of is, unfortunately, not listed in the specifications or anywhere else that I can find, but the specifications list the interior as easy to clean, so my guess, based upon that and the appearance of the interior (I own this unit), is that the interior is made of satin-finished stainless steel. The interior of the unit has the same look and patina as my stainless steel sinks.
