Sticky labels are a problem, I put between couple sheets of paper to disguise the stickyness. Haven't had long enough to use lubrication sheets.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.According to the manual a few drops of vegetable oil on a piece of paper once a month will do (works for me), but I have seen "lubricating sheets" advertised. I have probably shredded at least two dozen of those address label sheets with no problem (i always make it a point to shred a couple of "normal" sheets right afterwards-I don't know if that helps, it just seemed like a good idea)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No I don't lubricate shredder ever.I use normally if A lebel is on a envelope, works well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have been using this product since Feb 2017 and have yet to lubricate it. I will soon as maintenance is always a good idea. I am sure Best Buy sells lubricated sheets for shredders.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use the lubricant sheets and I put 2 through the shredder every month. The manufacturer recommends that you do not put gummed labels through. They will clog your shredder.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use a little vegetable oil now and then. I put gummed labels, credit cards, etc.I love this shredder.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The instruction manual states to drizzle vegetable oil or cooking oil (nothing with petroleum ) on a few pieces of paper and fee them through the shredder once a month.Never put gummed labels through a shredder, it will jam up your shredder and you won't be able to fix it or use with out additional jamming. I would stick with the instruction manual information for lubricating.
