Does this shredder shred Manila envelopes null

Yes, if you don't put them through with the metal clasps, and don't put in any that have self-sealing sticky or gummed flaps.

I have not tried it. But this being a 6 sheet/credit card/staples shredder, it would not have any issues with the envelope itself. My only doubt is if your envelope has the metal clasps, that may cause issues. Not sure.
