Will this work with printer hooked up to laptop null

This cable works for most smartphones and tablets. This cable does not work for printers.

No, you must use the cord that came with the printer. If the end that connects to the laptop doesn't fit the laptop then you will need to get an adapter that will connect the laptop end of the printer cord to the adapter and the adapter to the laptop.
