How much internal memory does this device have? null

No internal memory. Use flash card or pen drive.

I always use external memory so I never have an issue as to not having enough. I also prefer it that way cause I can choose pictures depending on friends and family and occasions that we are celebrating. Like Bridal shower, engagements, graduations. Etc.
