Is this cable 4 wire twisted pair? null

This a telephone cable wire with two ends to hook up into a telephone Jack. I needed 25 ft. I found several of these.

I used it it for the connection from the wall connection to the phone connection. I had a long twisted cord I purchased to use on the hand set portion.
