“I bought a portable charger almost a year ago and yesterday when I was about to use it, it wasn't charging but I still have 4 dots on it. When I charged it, it lighted up 1 dot then it went to a full 4 dots but it still wouldn't work to charge. Any help?”

These don’t usually last a year. Unless they’re kept in the box and not used for the year prior, they do wear out in a short amount of time but they’re super cheap so.. you get what you pay for.
