“Just bought this. After leaving to charge overnight the 4th light never lights. Is it defective?”

• Try not to leave it charging overnight, this will mess up the battery.

• I believe it is defective. According to instructions all 4 lights being lit indicate a full charge. I would exchange it for a new unit.

• All 4 LEDs should light up after 4 hours initial charge. 3 doesn't cut it.
