i don't have the instructions in front of me, but i think you want all 4 lights solid. this indicates the unit is fully charged and ready to work. if you haven't already, try charging the unit first. then see if it will charge your phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this problem too, but while charging (not discharging) the battery. A different USB cable solved the problem. In my case, the metal plug on the one causing trouble did not project out as far as the cable that worked.
