“I have loved my charger, but it doesn't seem to be working any longer. The 4 blue lights indicate that it is fully charged, but it does nothing now when I hook it up to my phone. Is there a trick or somewhere that I can send it to for repair? No damage.”

• Bring it into the GeekSquad, they should be able to warranty it, it's their brand.
