Will it charge my Iphone with my case and popsocket? null

I do not have iPhone, but it will not charge my Android with the case on. I have to remove it, so I am gonna say probably same with iPhone.

Probably not, unfortunately. This charger is compatible with iPhone 8 and later. In other words, iPhone 8/8 Plus, iPhone X, iPhone XS/XS Max, iPhone XR, iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro/Pro Max. It will work with most cases as long as they are not really thick. However, if you have a popsocket it might interfere with functionality because it will be too far and the charge field will not reach the coils.
