I’m not sure. I just plugged my charge in and it worked. I don’t understand why you needed to charge it before you used it. Maybe your phones not compatible with the charger.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know what you purchased, but it does not sound like it was this item. This is a wireless charger that contains no charge on its own, so it cannot itself be charged. This item charges the cell phone battery when the phone is placed on the device without connecting the phone directly to an electrical outlet using a lightning connector, and that is the purpose of the device.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to have a phone with wireless charging capabilities, you can then sit that phone on the wireless charger to charge
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you for your answers. Too me it’s ridiculous to plug your wireless charger into an outlet and then lay your phone on it to get powered up. It takes longer to power up your phone that way.also the pad is just more needless clutter.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Wrong! A "wireless" charger needs to be charged, either through DC or a battery-type charge. There has to be a source of electrical energy. In this case. the round platform is plugged in, and your favorite cellphone simply needs to rest on the top of the charger, hence "wireless."
